So I was curious about this back to back spinning stuff. Well, my greatest fears were exceeded... it was WAY harder than I ever could have expected.
Stephanie was our instructor today. Stephanie the machine. Stephanie the robot. Stephanie the drill sergeant. Stephanie the tyrant. There were times my body was torn between puking and crying. But I did it. I did it all. And somewhere between the puking and crying, I actually really liked it.
I'm concerned.
